Terms of Service

  • We are not liable for damage due to improper packaging or fragile items like glass and furniture.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse items without codes and illegal products such as e-cigarettes, drugs, and obscene materials.
  • If goods are lost in transit, the carrier compensates double the shipping cost, up to 10,000 baht per bill, excluding copyrighted and banned items.
  • Free delivery for orders over 3,000 baht, limited to Bangkok, Pathum Thani, and the vicinity, up to 50 kilometers.

    * If below the set amount, a 500 baht shipping fee applies, or use a courier and pay per bill.

  • Uncontrollable factors may cause delivery delays beyond our estimate.
  • Copyrighted items aren't allowed on ships; if found, road rates apply.
  • If products arrive in Thailand and we can't contact the customer within 60 days, we may sell the items in the market.
  • All these terms are subject to the specifics of the product and the time period, in which case we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for shipping products

  • Goods are delivered within the country from 15:00 to 16:00 daily. Delivery will be scheduled for the following day for invoices and payments made after this time.
  • If the chosen private transportation service is unable to deliver (due to size, weight, product type, or other limitations), the company reserves the right to automatically select an alternative transportation method without prior notification.
  • If customers wish to amend or cancel a delivery notification, they must inform the company through the designated communication channels before the preparation of deliveries scheduled between 15:00 and 16:00 (no changes will be accepted for deliveries scheduled on the same day). If notifications are made after the specified time, the company reserves the right not to amend or cancel the information, as it would already be in the preparation stage.
  • If the customer is unavailable during home delivery and cancels mid-route or requests an address change or forwarding without prior notice, they must pay the wasted time fee for that day in all cases.
